CHICKEN HEAD!!!
we got this at the same Korean BBQ in the previous post... and yes, it is a real chicken head. it cost a little more, but i think it was worth it simply to sai i ate a chicken's head...
here is you man Scuba rocking on some brain...
and ya know, it wasn't that bad. it tasted like regular chicken meat... only a little saltier...
also, the skull and beak took a tad bit of time to chew through, but other than that, yum yum!

Dude, i cannot wait to read the blog posts about all the gnarly diseases you'll be contracting over there... seriously, i read that you can get bird flu, foot-and-mouth, and SARS from that single meal you ate. Awesome!!
