i.e. a snake.
she was taking a plane back to NanChang and she knew they wouldn't let her take a live snake either just in her bag or her carry on, so SHE TOOK OUT A SOCK AND PUT THE SNAKE IN IT THEN TIED THE SOCK AROUND HER WAIST UNDER HER JACKET WHEN SHE WENT THROUGH SECURITY!!!
